How long does my order take to ship?
At Honey Foliage, we’re dedicated to delivering healthy, beautiful tropical house plants right to your door. Here’s what you can expect when you order with us:
Our Shipping Process
Sourcing Your Plants:
Once you place your order, we request your selected plants from our trusted suppliers. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Inspection & Acclimation:
When your plants arrive at Honey Foliage, we carefully inspect, clean, and acclimate them for 2 to 3 days to ensure they’re healthy and pest-free before shipping.
Packing & Shipping:
We pack and ship orders Monday through Thursday to ensure your plants spend as little time in transit as possible. Packing is done Sunday through Thursday to prepare for prompt shipping.
Estimated Timeline
• Order Placed: Day 0
• Plants Arrive from Supplier: Day 3–5
• Inspection & Acclimation: Day 5–8
• Packing & Shipping:
Your order is shipped within 1 business day after the acclimation period, typically between Monday and Thursday.
• Delivery:
Once shipped, most packages arrive within 1 to 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail (within the United States).

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, shipping carrier delays, or high order volumes. We’ll keep you updated at every step and send tracking information as soon as your plants are on their way!

Do you offer international shipping?
Please note that Honey Foliage currently does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or California due to state and federal agricultural regulations restricting the movement of plants and related products to these locations. Additionally, we do not offer international shipping and do not plan to for at least the next year. All orders are shipped within the contiguous United States except for these states.
What is your return policy?
At Honey Foliage, we take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and vibrant. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will gladly send you a replacement plant at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not accept refunds. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase by providing a replacement if there is an issue with the condition of your plant upon arrival.
